Apologies for my mess with the two previous posts. I did receive comments about my wiring diagram which was based on one by Chevelle in 08. I have been running a version of this but the old T105's are part of the problem. Scrapyard ones are only as far as my budget will reach. The pics show the current installation in a Toyota Dyna. The Electro Dynamics 36v DC series is mounted on the rear of the 5speed and is charged by a 24v Isuzu Alternator. This is run either by a switch activated by the "break before make" type throttle micro switches to the Contactors (currently 4 :- 24v 36v 48v 60v.) or can be overidden to charge when the 2.5l diesel is being used. Only the first bank,24v, is charged. Also noted was the comment about uneven current draw. My failsafe's are a BRB just before the + to the motor. a manual 36v cut-off switch to the throttle, and the 400 amp fuse on the pack negative. Hope to hear some comments.
