I have 3 prius pedals that work great for conversions as they have 2 separate digital pots for high and low accuracy measurements. Each will come with a corresponding pigtail plug.

The bottom pedal contains a limit switch to activate the controller on a golf cart as the pedal is first depressed. This serves as an additional safety mechanism and is commonly used with DC motors/controllers. $100
