I'm curious to know what people are doing to keep track of temperatures. My Thunderstruck BMS has thermistors for checking the battery temps, but what about everything else?

I'm using a Leaf motor and inverter (with a Thunderstruck controller), and it seems wise to know what temps those reach will driving. Should I be trying to adapt the leaf sensors to some standard gauge? Running new thermistors? What's considered a good operating range?

Ideally, I'd like high temps to trigger power reductions automagically, but I'd settle for a gauge or even a warning light...
