The word on the 200Ah cells that were the same form factor as the 160Ah cells is that they were difficult to produce and actually manage the full 200Ah in that cell size. I figure many of them weren't quite 200Ah and they ended up being sold as smaller cells. I'll venture a guess that the profit margin on squeezing the maximum capacity in those cells and then sell them as 160Ah when they come out under 200Ah probably is something they want to avoid, profit margin issues. That's my guess, but the 200Ah in the 160Ah size is no longer available unless you are lucky and find some old or used stock of them somewhere but I don't see many people selling large LiFePO4 cells often.
