A company that can provide batteries of all types, street, racing, etc.....IN STOCK!

Racing/Street DC and AC Motors on shelf.

Controllers for all applications, street/racing on shelf.

etc...etc...etc.....

I am seriously thinking about loading my warehouse with everything I just listed. Ask yourself (business owners), how many times has a customer ask for a part and you do not have it in stock?

I see the lack of parts available a huge bump in the road for all EV builders.

What parts are you unable to get? If there is a part we don't have in stock, we can usually get it in less than a week. The manufacturers have been doing a great job of supplying distributors as far as I know. (aside from component shortages beyond their control (like the recent and current IGBT shortage)
Sticking with domestic products whenever possible does help with quick service for us though.
There is also a fine line between having stock and having the most current version- components do change rather quick sometimes, even in this small market.

My comments are based op EV racing parts. For starters:

2000amp controllers?????
All Lithium Batteries with high C-rating??????
Specialty design racing motors??????
etc...etc.....etc......

I would also like to contract with companies willing to produce these EV racing parts to get what we need!
Let's say i want to design/produce/stock/sell EV racing parts. How many would like a catalog (Like Summit Racing) full of EV racing parts.

Sounds like a nice idea. You'd need some really deep pockets to get it off the ground though.

Don't talk about it. If you see a need and you can fill the need then it will work if your business is built soundly.

Go do it and the business will come but you have to prove your trustworthy. Make happy customers and you will get repeat business. If you don't you will loose more than a single customer. Bad news travels fast and can kill a business.

Won't be easy. I only have one thing to say. Don't brag. Just provide an excellent trustworthy business and you can succeed.
