Are these the parts you're looking for?
Wow interesting gland.

I dont know. I have never seen the actual gland before, only the hole. They seem to be reverse of what I need though. The hole is smaller towards the inside of the junction box. The gland opening on the outside of the junction box is larger than the inside. It looks like it would be very similar, just reversed from the one in your photo.

Where did you find this? What part does this go to? Wow!

This is the waterproof crimp that plugs into the Front HVJB. The other end of this cable is terminated in a non-waterproof crimp (see photo) that plugs into the Rear HVJB.

I've purchased most of my HV cables at very low cost or even free with other Tesla parts. In most cases I figure the cost of the Tesla cable is less than I'd pay for the crimps and the crimper.

One important point to remember is these are screened cables... that's why they have two connections, the round ferrel connects to chassis ground and the spade connects to HV.

Hi, I was looking at those connection glands. It looks like your ebay find has the correct fittings. The ones with the o-ring for a sealed enclosure. It has the reduced diameter inside like the pic. you showed. I have three of the mercedes b250E drive units which are front wheel drive assemblies and there are quiet a few of these type waterproof glands.

You own some? Want to sell them? What size are they? The opening for the main lugs are around 1". The opening for the smaller lugs is about 5/8". I purchased 2/0 for the main and 2 awg for the smaller. If the glands fit those wires Id be interested in buying them. OD of the 2/0 is .666 and the 2 awg is .49

I think I found the fittings. They are the lower fittings in the photo for this ebay auction. The one with a single silver ring around it.
So that's the cable from the Model X or possibly a facelift Model S. The difference is the HV modules on the latest cars are 'waterproof' unlike the charger/HVJB on the original Model S.
