Are these the parts you're looking for?
Wow interesting gland.

I dont know. I have never seen the actual gland before, only the hole. They seem to be reverse of what I need though. The hole is smaller towards the inside of the junction box. The gland opening on the outside of the junction box is larger than the inside. It looks like it would be very similar, just reversed from the one in your photo.

Where did you find this? What part does this go to? Wow!

Hi, I was looking at those connection glands. It looks like your ebay find has the correct fittings. The ones with the o-ring for a sealed enclosure. It has the reduced diameter inside like the pic. you showed. I have three of the mercedes b250E drive units which are front wheel drive assemblies and there are quiet a few of these type waterproof glands.
You own some? Want to sell them? What size are they? The opening for the main lugs are around 1". The opening for the smaller lugs is about 5/8". I purchased 2/0 for the main and 2 awg for the smaller. If the glands fit those wires Id be interested in buying them. OD of the 2/0 is .666 and the 2 awg is .49
