I would like to buy another general-purpose multimeter. Up till now I was using crap 5$ meters, but they often differ by 2% one from each other, so I am looking for something more accurate.

I would like it to have 4.5 digit display instead of 3.5 and be accurate to something like +-0.05%. But if not much more money can give me more digits and more accuracy, I'm willing to go for it, I am hoping for something in the sub-100$ range, may be used from eBay.

I only care about measuring DC voltage.

Which models are good value for money for that purpose?
