Well dip me in Honey and call me Poo! Finally the first report I've seen to confirm what was believed to be the case in the summer of 08. That's when President Bush pleaded with the Saudis to pump more oil to lower the price of fuel and it appeared to fall on deaf ears. When this hits the mainstream news expect the price to jump big time!
