My Mini-BMS control board died, so I installing a dilithium BMS. I need to know if that does lithium BMS will shut off my Elcon TCCH-144-16 charger without the use of an external relay. My Mini-BMS system used to do this. If I do need a relay, what should I use? Thanks in advance for any help.

Dozens of BMS are designed to be directly compatible with Elcon via their CAN control charging protocol.

I have not seen information on that feature for that BMS

Sorry about not proof reading before I posted. Thanks for responding. I would need to ship my charger back to Elcon to have it set up for CAN. Here are some photos of my original controller. When the key was turned from on to off and it read okay to charge one of the relays would close. This would switch on the Elcon charger until HVC was reached. It would then cut power to the relay shutting off the charger. The Dilithium literature reads "The cell loop wires LP1 and LP2 connect to an internal solid-state relay rated to 200ma that is closed when there are no alerts, when the BMS is powered. The cell loop wires are an output that can be used to power an external relay, which can can disable a charger." The two leads coming out of my charger just need a closed contract to power out on. Should I use a replay between them? If so would a standard automotive accessory relay work?

I ended up installing a little duel relay setupi purchased off eBay. It also turns on my piezo buzzer for low voltage alerts. I will try to post a photo of it.
