I can get this scooter for a killer price

Here are the specs, he says it goes 30MPH as is

The batts are SLA, will this LI battery work 48V 20AH Li-ion Battery 1200W EBike E Bike Scooter Electric Bicycle Charger BMS | eBay

will I need to upgrade the controller and throttle as well, it think its going from 32 to 48, I want to squeeze more jiuce out of this

If my math is right, I may get 35 or 40MPH out of it
