This seems very specific. Your choice of components will be more directly tied to your range goals, budget, space, and configuration of donor car.
Basically, you'll figure out how to attach the motor to the drive wheels, and how much battery you can stuff in the available space, and build everything around that according to budget. You will almost always be under-batteried and over-motored.
