ZAP XL truck

Hello all. First time posting here, just acquired a ZAP XL pickup. Not running, just started trouble shooting. From the wiring diagram I have it looks like the main DC contactor is in the negative side. However, I am measuring a positive 72V at the contactor. It is being supplied from the controller, which seems wrong in so many ways. I have no diagram of the controller to show which leads should go to which ports so I have no idea if the 5 leads are connected correctly. Does anyone have familiarity with the controllers on the ZAP XL or their wiring?

I did. Excellent wiring diagram, that's how I've gotten as far as I have. Thanks.
