Connected to 0-5 volts throttle and will not spin the motor unless disconnect one of the variable voltage cable, move the throttle past the 1/2 point and then connect the variable voltage cable, the motor will spin and monitor will show 50 % or more throttle, if throttle is lowered below 1/2 point the motor stops spinning and set throttle error message
