Renault has rental batteries, so normally they don't come to the second hand market after a crash.
(and if they do, Renault drivers pay good money for them...)

Seweral times I have bought and sell batterys all ower EU, it cost more but it can be done.
Here in my country Zoe is sold onlly with battery, there is no lease option. I think that I have seen once here (year or two ago) that someone was selling Zoe battery.

They come up from time to time in Norway. Try contacting the folks selling Tesla parts from thereI have add location, Iam from Croatia EU.
