As you may know, April 8 is the last official day of support for Windows XP from Microsoft. "Officially", the Azure Dynamics ccshell Java app only runs on Windows XP (and, I might add, using only an exceptionally ancient and dangerous version of Java). I've had zero success on Vista or Win7. With AZD bankrupt, I don't expect any new versions of ccshell to show up... 
So, what are people going to do going forward? I've seen some reference to people running it via Wine on Linux. Is this generally successful? And what do you think about having to use a really old JVM?
