Hi All,
My name is Sam. I've had a growing interest in all things electric and converting everything I own (heh). Eventually living off grid probably like most of you here. So, I am starting with my smallest project and you'll see me post about it first.
I have a dual drive golf cart and I am converting the electric side of the drive to LiFePO4 batteries getting rid of the wet cells that die every 2 years. So, here to learn about batteries, chargers, balanced systems, power supplies, etc.
I'm a paramedic from Ga. with a Master's in public health. I make my living in the production industry now and own a small ambulance service and a couple of other public safety related businesses.
Anyway, hello to all. I'll be lurking and learning.
